All content, programs, courses, certifications, workshops, guides, digital materials, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Certifications & Professional Use

Participation in any training or certification program offered by the Company does not:

  • Grant a healthcare license

  • Authorize medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Replace required professional credentials

Participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional standards within their jurisdiction.


4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

  • Curriculum

  • Videos

  • Frameworks

  • Guides

  • Written content

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Systems

  • Digital downloads

are the exclusive intellectual property of TheraPals LLC DBA AbiliFit Pediatric Rehab.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, share, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

All purchases are subject to the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase.

If no specific refund policy is stated for a product or service, all sales are final.

Payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to materials, programs, certifications, or benefits.

By participating in movement-based education or implementing techniques shared in our programs, you acknowledge that:
